DeaneGarden Homeowners Association is proud of its unique architecture within the community. We encourage homeowners to improve their properties but understand that guidelines need to be followed out of respect for your neighbors and the community.

1. The Homeowner must obtain permission from the HOA before starting a large construction project. Included in your submission should be:

• Proof of Permit(s) (if applicable).

• Proposed timeline for project.

• Set of approved plans.

2. Construction is only permitted from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

3. Construction materials and debris must be cleaned up at the end of each workday so the street and sidewalk are free of any items.

4. Trash bins and containers cannot be left for extended periods of time.

5. Portable toilets must be located as far up the driveway as possible and be locked each night. If construction is delayed for an extended period, please make arrangements to have the portable toilet removed.

6. Once construction is completed, please notify the HOA for a final inspection of what was done vs. plans submitted.

7. The monetary violations for each of the above are as follows:

• Failure to obtain approval for construction $250.00

• Construction work on Sundays $250.00

• Failure to remove trash and debris daily $50.00 per occurrence

• Failure to notify HOA of completion $250.001
